• You retain ownership of your content but grant BuildYourRacket a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it on our platform.
• Prohibited content includes unlawful, defamatory, abusive, misleading, spam, or intellectual-property-infringing material.
• We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

2) Affiliate Disclosure

BuildYourRacket may participate in affiliate programs. We may receive a commission if you click partner links (for example Shopee or Lazada) and complete purchases, at no extra cost to you.

3) Disclaimer

Content and reviews are provided for informational purposes only. Equipment performance can vary by player preference and context. We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a specific purpose.

4) Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
